The manual says it's used for towing and hauling (duh...) And when activated the engine breaking system will engage under heavy breaking. So what else is engaged other than the engine break?
Now I've noticed 2 things: on hills and cruising the truck won't decelerate as much when I take my foot off the gas, and when starting from a stop I feel a bit more kick when I hit the gas. I'm guessing it does something to the tsb and maybe even an electronic mini Cruise control?
