My sound is messed up some how. In order for me to hear the radio I have to turn it up all the way to barley hear it. But if I switch it over to CD I can listen to it on what I would normally listen to my music at. Any ideas what might be wrong? I haven't tore my dash apart yet to check anything since the cd player was working fine. Also the radio is clear to no static.....

Factory or aftermarket headunit? Most newer aftermarket units have settings to allow you to balance the volume of all sources. There may be a setting thats messed up.

Like he said!! Lol, Can't think of anything other than that other than the headunit is going bad.

wow talk about a old thread being brought up. It's almost been a yr. lol




Its an aftermarket HU Sony Xploid- that could be the problem. but I've have it for atleast 8yrs. I'll upgrade it to a newer one when I'm ready to mod my stereo.
