Talk to Darren Alcorn with the Metro Atlanta Dakota group - his username on this system is 00REDRT, below is a link to his user profile so you can e-mail him/etc. He re-covers visors with embroidery on a semi-regular basis.
In order to add custom lettering or patterns to your headliner you need to have shaped foam pieces or other similar material glued to your existing headliner, then a new layer of fabric bonded on top of that. You can buy the fabric you want online, but either you or a local upholsterer will need to do the work. It's easy enough to remove the headliner and do it yourself if you're just adding new fabric, but if you want custom flames or similar patterns I'd recommend finding a local custom shop or upholsterer to do the work for you - it will probably run about $200-300.
Thanks Steve & Adam! :biggthump Yes, I can recover your visors with OEM visor fabric (or custom color option) and add an embroidered logo to your visors (have several stock logos to choose from or can digitize a custom logo). You can contact me via email at [email protected]
