Truck dying under accel after installing turbo

Finally got my turbo up and running and trying to do some data-logging to get a final tune. Truck idles great with the exception of running a little rich (light black smoke). Took the truck for its first test drive today and it pulls out of the drive fine but as soon as I attempt to accelerate it pops and dies until the accelerator is released. When the accelerator is released, the truck starts running again. This only happens when trying to drive down the road; when parked in my drive, the accelerator can be "punched/stabbed" and the engine will race up with no issues. Truck ran great prior to the turbo.

Anybody experience this before? I checked the 2-bar map sensor with KOEO; it measures 1.99 vdc. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Truck: 97 dakota, stroked from 318 to 390, alum heads, mopar 4bbl efi intake, 4bbl TB, KRC 210B cam, P.I.E turbo hot side,60lb injectors, Turbonetics 72 bb turbo, A/W intercooler, basic tune by P.I.E. and manual transmission.

The fuel is less than a week old and fuel pressure was set via gauge on the regulator. It is set at 39psi. Will use my lap top to see what the fuel pressure is doing during acceleration.
Not sure if you typo'd but that should be 49psi, not 39.
Good catch. It is actually 49 psi.
Sounds to me like TPS. Would start there. Also verify you have not left any grounds, ground straps disconnected.
Thanks. Will check it later today/tonight. What voltage range would be considered good or bad?
I see that it was tuned by PIE and I would guess that it was recent. Have you run the problem by him? Did PIE do the engine and whole project? Read codes, check wideband readings?
Haven't involved PIE/Chris on the current issue. Checked the TPS as you mentioned and the sensor is good but there appears to be an intermittent wiring connection so the wiring is going to be repaired. Once running, the wide-band info and other data-logging information will be provided to Chis to adjust my SCT tune.

A PIE turbo hot side was purchased for the truck but I did the motor.
Time permitted work on my truck again today and the TPS wiring wasn't the issue. The truck still "pops" and stumbles when trying to accelerate. The only code being thrown is for the ABS which is an issue with the sensor in the third member. Any ideas?
Still having issues with my dakota. Installed a new TPS, 2 bar map sensor, and installed new wiring (soldered) to the map sensor. The truck doesn't pop any more but does "cut off" under acceleration. I also removed the 60lb injectors and installed 42lb injectors. No engine codes being thrown at this time. Really wanting to get this resolved to avoid paying to have it shipped to MD to be repaired by P.I.E. Thanks.
