I also will be interested in this. I'm going to have available a transfer case from an 08 Jeep Grand Cherokee that is currently bolted to the 545 RFE transmission I will be using.
check YouTube for "Transfer case swap for beginners" by user D&E in the garage. Lots of good information there.
