How do I release the IAC connector? There is a sliding red mechanism and a locking tab. Does the tab lift or push in?

The red tab slides out slightly, I usually put a small flat-blade screwdriver in between the red tab and connector and twist a little to get them started.

Slide the red lock over then push in on the tab. No need for a screw driver.

I don't try to pull it with my finger/fingernail, I push on it from the other side.

Thanks! Once I twisted a flathead screwdriver to get the red slide moving, then the connector came off easily. Just needed to know for sure so I didn't break anything. Thanks for the quick responces!!
