Currently I am running gibson exhaust headers, stock downpipe cat delete with a rear o2 simm, and only a cherry bomb glasspack. I was wondering if I am losing high and/or low end power, and what improvments i should consider. The truck seems to have a good high rpm pull but lags sometimes off the line or when im in the bottom of a gear.

I think your fine. I'm close to the same set up as you. I have alot of low end torque

Will the stock diameter of the down pipe keep sufficient back pressure for my setup? I also have a 52mm throttle body, SCT set on "towing performance", and a short ram intake.

I think your problem is, is you have full time awd and it has more to pull, weight/parts etc. Once you get momentum, it coasts good.

Any suggestions on any further mods i should add. I've been wanting to get a new intake manifold. Just cant decide what would be best.

I dyno'd at 204 whp and 284 tq. Im at 6,000 ft of altitude so I believe that takes 20% of my power

I wouldn't say 20% but those sound like good numbers.

I drove down to sea level about a year ago and it felt like a whole different truck. There was little to no rpm lag.
