I have a 2011 Dakota 4x4 Crew Cab Big Horn, the rack is giving me problems with getting stiff in both directions. I did a fluid flush and it did help, except the stiffness in the steering comes back after sitting a day or two.
My question is when ordering a replacement 2 measurement lengths are given, with no explanation. Are these just the cartridge length of the housing or from boot to boot or from tie rod end to tie rod end? How would I determine which is which, Thanks for any info.

You may want to ask the seller, not random people on the Internet.

I'd look at a RackDoctor.NET unit if I were you; so far, two out of two I'm very impressed with the quality and the life thereof. Not so impressed with Cardone.

Thanks I did look and the prices are much better than local, even with the core charge. I'll be ordering soon as I finish replacing the front wheel bearing again. 1 pothole is all it takes to ruin your day.....
