So I have a 99 dodge dakota 5.2l 4x4 automatic one day over night the speedometer and cruise control isn't working I've recently installed a sub and amp in the truck and have recently replaced spider gears and carrier. I have tried replacing the Trans speed sensor and rhe rear differential speed sensor tried 2 different new ones on Trans everything else is working just fine and no codes. I am at a loss here. Have no idea what could be causing this. I've gone around and cleaned grounds just to make sure but still nothing. Also when I take the abs fuse out and put it in the needle on the speedometer will raise a little then go back down to 0 also I have done the reset check thing using the miles button and turning it on and all the needles move the way they are supposed to even the speedometer I am at a loss and have no clue.
