SAS or get some leveling spacers for your front shocks.. but i dunno if that will work  and the TC lift..

spacers will not work for TC set up.... there shocks only (no springs)

you have a few possibilities

1) body lift.
2) i believe ruff country makes a 5.5 lift for your truck
3) SAS swap.

i know you there are different keys out there that give you more lift (cant remember the company) but there are a few members out there that have done it. then put blocks on the back. for another 2-3 inches.

keys are fine if your torsion bars a worn and sagging the only reason people have bad experiances with them is becouse they spin them all the way up and smash there upper A arm against the bumpstop.
