The stuff I use is that Meguires that you're talkin about. It's like a paste... you dip a towel of some sort into it... rub it on the wheel.... and then keep rubbing... it'll soon turn to a dark black tarnish type stuff..... that means your cleaning the wheel. It's a pain in the arse... but definately does the job really well.

Doh!.... after looking in my cleaning supplies in my truck.... I found it was Mothers also.... I feel dumb... I think it was because I was debating on the two when I first was buying stuff for my aftermarket wheels.

Zoop Seal is gods gift to your lazy car buff.... I love that stuff.... I sooo need some also... lmao!
