My passenger side seatbelt likes to lock up sometimes and it wont let you pull it out. Or you can pull it a little than it locks and you have to keep messing with it. How hard is it to take off the interior peices to get to the seat belt. Im guessing there is a latch or something in there that is messed up?

I looked up on some recall page just today and the 1999's have a recall for that very same problem. I don't know where I found it. I have looked before in August and then again when the recall came out for the ball joints, and have not seen that recall before, but the date of that recall was from 99 or 2000 so it has been around, I just had not hit the right info. I know I was not much help. But I did see a recall for the 99 year of what you were speaking of.

by law all seatbelts should work with no problems, the dealership should fix it for free.
