Might be a stupid question, but I am going to ask anyways.

My truck is idling like shit - runs great otherwise, but sitting idling it runs rough. Is this a symptom of my battery getting ready to crap out, and what else should I do? (Clean TB, etc?)

Running poorly at idle isn't indicitive of a bad battery. Stalling at idle is.

Clean the TB first. Then think about a new IAC if it persists.
