Nope! That's a 14" filter and the max diameter on the 3.9 is 10".

Really? I dont know anything about the Gen3 but on my Gen2 I am running a kit for a V8, fits perfect.

yeah 14" filters dont fit a v6 gen III... i found out the hard way lol

Won't fit. 9 7/8" diameter is the max with the 10" Holley breather setup.

your my hero!! i should be getting one of your throttle bodies in the mail here shortly, got it off twotone, ive been looking for a round air cleaner that would work with the 3.9 for some time now. i think ill just ask you everything from now on lol. thanks!

You're going to love that TB and IMHO, the air cleaner setup really cleans up the engine bay plus a little extra with the K&N filter. :woot:
