intakes are expensive now days. I did research for months before I finally ordered mine. I went with the intense performance stage II w/9" big mouth filter. Haven't looked back. Didn't want to spend big money on K&N joint, but didn't want to go with the $10 setup either. $140 was just right

before you shred it why don't you run flex hose from the filter up to the grill?
