OK, now I have experience in removing emblems as i debadged my last car but I've never had to deal with decals.....the stripes on my truck, Dodge, and Dakota decals all have to come off. What is the best way in removing these decals? On my Focus i used my GF's hairdryer,floss, my fingernails, wax, and a spray detailer. Came out perfect but it was a los a couple small emblems....Im a little nervous attacking stripes that cover the entire length of the truck. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you everyone.

the best thing for removing decals is a heat gun and some goo gone...but dont burn the paint

yeah I assumed that was the best route to go......my main concern is having some discoloring after the stripes are removed. Ive been told it could take close to a yr of buffing to have it completely gone....uggghh.
