I have 2001 Durango w/ 4.7L engine with 117000 miles. The driver side head gasket blew out the other day as I got home. the truck never overheated. No one I've spoken to advises doing the heads, and will not warranty the work, stating the bottom end most like will not hold up after the head work considering the miles on it. The rest of the truck is in great shape, inside & out.
So, I'm looking for a reman engine installer to price out a new 4.7
Anyone out there in South Florida, Fort Lauderdale /Miami area that can recommend a good shop to buy the engine and install it?
