what are the dimensions of the rear speakers for a regular cab?

I cant find any listings for rear speaker sizes in the 97-02 regular cabs. In the 96 and older they are 5x7, could be the same in the 97-02 or it might be 5.25". Only way to really know is to dig into it and actually pull the speaker out then measure its circumfrance. I've never seen any speakers in the back of the cab though.

Go look at Crutchfield.com and choose your vehicle. It gives you the speaker size for your model and location you choose..

I forgot about crutchfield. I never delt with them cause their prices are usually too high. Well according to them, they say 5 1/4's in the rear for a regular cab.

i learned about the speakers when i put the factory head unit in the truck

51/4 front doors but they will hold 6.5 I believe and 5×7 rear cab comers is what my 97 Dakota sport 4×4 reg cab has. Best way is to just pull them out and see exactly what your truck has.
