Ok, just finishing up my Gen2 5.7 Limited hydrolock rebuild... I installed new mode and blend doors in the rear HVAC housing. I tested the actuators and when changing HVAC temps or venting from the controls, the actuator gear spins 360 degrees, which would destroy the plastic mode/blend doors. Im afraid to install the actuators to the HVAC housing. Do I have to take it to the dealer to be recalibrated? I don't think the plastic stoppers are strong enough to stop the actuator, maybe Im wrong but don't want to go through the hassle of trying to find the doors at the bone yard and opening the HVAC again! Thanks in advance for any info.
