It may be possible but don't think so, your best bet is to buy one off ebay, they are really cheap, then just get it painted and your good to go.

Is there special primer for plastic I should use? I'm not much of a painter so this is all new to me.

hey rick i just sent you a pm about a stock front grill. my truck is the same color as yours so that would save you money and a lot of work because you wont need to paint yours!
