Picked up a set of 4 Bilstein 4600 shocks and had a question about installation. Would I have to have the truck on a lift to get enough clearance to remove and replace the shocks or would I be able to do it in my garage with a floor jack and stands? My jack has a max lift height of 19 7/8".

You should be able to do it in your garage, you may need to use some blocks with your jack though. Do you have the factory scissor jack or a bottle or floor jack?

Thanks. It's a 3 ton floor jack - the low profile one from harbor freight.

I did mine with just a floor jack and Jack stands. Pretty easy.
