Only a few pics from last weekend. Did more cutting and fitting, but the bed finally sits on all six mounts without hitting anything.

Fun stuff.

Did things and stuff. Lots of sheetmetal welding. I'm getting the hang of it finally!

Did some more work today. Re-mounted the front bumper and lip.



Got to pick up some new hardware for the lip


Rear diff cover is in




Rear calipers are rebuilt after powdercoat. They were a bit of a pain, but they work


Front caliper pistion cracked during install. its now stuck and I am trying to break it out. freaking composite crap. Steel replacements are en route from Rock Auto


Also cleaned my flywheel up and brought it into the garage to keep the rust at bay.

Thanks a lot guys! Its kind of tough now with it in storage. Probably wont be able to work on it again until summer 2015. its slow and tedious, but quite rewarding.

Super delayed, but thank you. I havent been able to work on this rig since it went to storage. Coming up on 2 years. I built a house and have been working on that. Planning to build a garage hopefully next year and get this rig out of storage. Right now, its just sitting and frustrating me. I sometimes consider selling it, but the hassle to find a buyer and even recoup a fraction of the money i have into it would almost not be worth it. I am hoping once I can get it home the spark to work on it will come back.
