sometimes the switches get wet from having the window down in the rain. pull the door panle off and unplug the switches and clean them up real good, the switches and the plug. or just unplug them and plug em back in a few times works too.

also try dielectric grease on the plug ins. there could be some corrosion on the connectors. clean em good.
