I have no brand loyalty.... I just use what's best for my purpose.

I am useing the headlights from a 1996 camero, they are the perfect size to fit inbetween the grille slats.. fully DOT legal and junk, I modeled the bracket for em today.... maybe i'll sell a camero headlight conversion kit for guys that want to dove nose, or just have some DOT legal beams behind the grille, I will become the first "phantom" genIII dakota hahahhah! lol J/K

the bracket bends around the core support and can be screwed, welded or bolted to the supports; it is also supported by the tranny cooling "clips" that hold the tranny cooler on the 4.7's, it re-uses the camaro's headlight buckets so the lights will be fully adjustable up/down with the stock screw spring thing or whatever you call that.
