Kit looks similar to the idaho kit, well I mean in the sense that the tubing goes under the cross-member. Is there a way to have it go over the cross member?? For us people that are dropped and frame is inches from the ground. I can't have the tubing be where it is:(

Nope, my tubing does not go under the crossmember. The crossover is in place of where the factory Y-pipe goes. My truck is dropped as well, its lower than my freinds genIII dak that has been dropped 4 inches.

it's big and it's old. I don't know what actual size it is, there is no ID numbers on it. I got it from my father in law, didn't cost a cent. Was some old stock from the parts room where he works. As far as I know it was for large tractors to help reduce particulate in the exhaust. it does not make boost in my truck however it does add more air volume.

No boost? Its makes air volume? This sounds like a electric supercharger add!

before I connected to IC to engine pipe, I ran the engine and the turbo blew air out the outlet of the IC, connected the IC to engine, and with a 7psi spring in the wastegate the boost/vac gauge goes upto 0 on full throttle, I can feel an increase in power. When I let off the gas I can hear the blow off opening. My next option is to have the wastegate not open at all and see what happens.

If you took the turbo off it would go to 0 on full throttle. Maybe your boost gauge is broken, or maybe your butt dyno malfunctioned.

What wastegate are you running? maybe the gate is not keeping closed. The turbo is way to big, and deff. not intened for a smallish Gas engine, but I would think it would make some boost still.

BTW, im not knocking your setup, anybody that does it is cool in my book, even if its a epic fail its way better than just "Talking" about doing it
