Im fixin to shoot my 93 Dak and it has the ground effects on it. I havent ever shot a truck with G/E on it and was wondering if it better to take them off and shoot them seperately or just shoot them on the truck/ I think shooting them off would be the better deal, that way the buildup between the G/E and the body won't crack over time. Its just a pain to do yourself. I guess I kinda answered my own question huh? Probably the door handles too. Now theyre a pain.

It is best to remove everything you possibly can to get the best job. It is areas around door handles, rubber window moldings, ground effects, etc. where the paint will start to flake.
