If the vehicle is amplified (which R/T's are) the wiring harness is different, so I'm not sure how that will affect the compatability of the radio, I know it has different wiring, but the plug may be the same and still work?

You don't need to bypass the amp on most Chryslers anyway (Uncluding Dakotas and Durangos) even with an aftermarket headunit. Just Fords, Saabs and stuff. Silly Best Buy :slap: Ha ha
