If the vehicle is amplified (which R/T's are) the wiring harness is different, so I'm not sure how that will affect the compatability of the radio, I know it has different wiring, but the plug may be the same and still work?

Im a installer for Best buy...I can help you with that... the same harness will be the same but if the truck has preminum sound systems ...you will have to locate the amp that came with the vehicle and do a amp bypass. It really easy to do with the help of time wise and a DMM.

You don't need to bypass the amp on most Chryslers anyway (Uncluding Dakotas and Durangos) even with an aftermarket headunit. Just Fords, Saabs and stuff. Silly Best Buy :slap: Ha ha
