I ran across this earlier today. It's a review of several penetrating oils out there, including my personal favorite (which didn't do well, it turns out!), and a home brew concoction.

Thought I'd toss this here, since on some of these vehicles, they're old enough that the bolt, stud, or nut could vote legally ... and they've been there since assembly!

I like PB blaster for effectiveness, Ballistol for firearms as its non petroleum and works GREAT, WD 40 for general purpose.....heat the part first then as it cools, add your penetrant...sucks it in....
