Did you ever get this resolved? 2001 Dakota 3.9L with same symptoms "no buss" no movement on my fuel gauge when I turn on ignition, motor will just crank but not start.

Update! So i installed an ecm from ebay. They flashed it to my Vin and mileage. So the truck starts and runs now. However it now sputters some on take off. Idles slightly rough and dies every time i have to stop. So basically still cant drive it. Its has a fresh tune up. Plugs wires cap and rotor triple checked the firing order so thats all correct. Any reason why it might be stalling like that? Cant find any vacuum leaks check engine light did come on with a fuel evap leak but cant find any areas the hoses are disconnected or leaking
