Hi there. I was sitting at a stop sign with my blinker on obviously lol and the blinkers stopped working. I checked the fuses in the engine and inside fuse panels and they are all good went to the parts store got the ep-27 flasher and it still no luck. I don't hear a clicking noise either. Any suggestions??

Time to start tracing voltage. Find the right wiring diagram for your truck and see if you have 12V at the stalk switch. I'd still suspect a fuse before the switch, they are pretty robust. I know you checked them but the only bullet proof way to do that is to measure voltage at the fuse itself -- both of the tiny exposed terminals -- with a multimeter. Good fuses should always show identical voltage at both terminals.

Not likely. A bulb out will cause the flash rate to double. A shorted bulb will blow a fuse.
