So seems like i cannot find a lot on nitrous but it seems like the ones who run nitrous have had a lot of success. I have a 1998 dakota 5.2l auto 4x4. Looking to wake her up with a little Go Go Juice as i call it. Any idea what i can run through the stock drivetrain? Truck has 88k miles on it. stock down to the air box minus a new exhaust.

Trans will hold a 150 shot with a good cooler and a TransGo shift kit. Rear end should hold much more.

Any recommended trans coolers? Is it just a spring shift kit or the entire valve body? What is the better brand to buy out of the few offered for each of the mentioned above. Would you recommend the plate system?

You can get a good cooler on Amazon or Jegs or whatever. B&M supercooler, Derale, or a Hayden Plate and Fin would be a couple of good choices.

TransGo is the brand of the shift kit.

I understand transgo is a brand. What my question was is i know depending on brands some classify a valve body as a shift kit vs simple spring swap. Is it just springs or a full valvebody? B&M for instance just gave me a set of stiffer springs to stiffen the shift and i bought a custom valvebody for it also....

Springs, modify the plate, accumulator parts, etc. TFOD kit I think includes everything you need.

I'll give it a shot, my tranny seems pretty healthy so I think if I add that cooler and update with shift kit and valve body it will all hold together. I'm looking to run upwards of a 100-150 shot with a tune though
