Yeah it's super cheap, you can get it for $5-$10 off ebay and just heat it and stretch it. I didn't know what I was doing when I did mine so I wasted a whole roll and in the end there are a few little wrinkles on the edge, but that and taking the factory dodge lettering decal off the tailgate totally transformed the rear. I bought some high gloss spray paint made for plastic today so one of my next projects is gonna be painting the tailgate and door handles with that.

How do you like the Diablo tuner? I had one for my old SRT-4 and the power increase was great. I'm considering one for my '03 4.7 as well. I know it can adjust the speedometer for taller tires, but do you know if it will adjust the speedo for shorter tires? I'm going down to 27" tires for my lowering kit and I'd like to keep the gauges accurate.

Well not as fast as I had hoped but I got my reaction time down alot running a .121
I can tell I need better tires to go faster because my 60 ft time was slow.
That being said 15.7 for an old truck with high mileage ain't to bad. Next mod is 315 wide tires in the back and efan conversion. My goal is to get into the low 15's. Had a blast though and people at the strip loved the truck. I pulled 4 car lengths on the start from a newer z28 and newer 5.0 mustang. They were asleep at the tree ! That was funny to pull away from those cars. They had a .6 and the mustang a .9 reaction to my .1 haha!
