Best way is getting them off of a mid 90s grand cherokee, or just swap an axle from a 03(?)+ dakota.
The only change I believe that needs to be done to the grand cherokee brakes is cutting the part that fits over the axle. Apparently our axle tubes are a little bit bigger :huh: .
