i have a 92 dakota i have changed the temp. gauge the radiator a year or two ago the hoses the thermostat and not sure what else but not sure what else could be causing it to get hot and also what is the best way to find a short? im not good w/ the wiring HA

Does the truck run Ok? did someone mess with the timing? If not, make sure there is no air in the system. Could be a head gasket, but that is not a common issue on these trucks. Also, make sure the fan clutch is in good working order.
