I figured I would start my build up thread as well. Started today on redoing my toy. Its an 89 Dakota I bought in 1998 and swapped in a 360 in 1999. Through the years its seen the 360 a 340 and back to the 360. After rushing to finish it in the past I decided to take it completely down and start again from the ground up. Not sure exactly how fast I'm going to try and get with it this time I have been 12.10's in the past with not a whole lot done to it. Going to do some suspension work this time around. This is how it looked prior to the tear down today, and then after the work began. Lots of cleaning on the frame to start with once its all stripped down.

Made some progress in the past few months, between working a lot of ot, and the crappy weather for a while. I managed to get the frame and cab completely stripped. Fount some cancer in the passenger floorboard which will need to be repaired no biggie there. Also got the tranny crossmember fabbed up to. Some parts finally got ordered a complete Power Grid system, K&R Performance switch, relay board, and harness. Also got an Auto Weld Chassis 10 point roll cage for it as well. Now its time to start burning some wire on this thing.
