Sounds like you need more air. What other mods do you have besides the PCM?
You can modify the runners on the stock intake manifold and pick up some top end. You can also fill the plenum area. Port matching helps a lot and will only set you back the price of the new gasket if of course you do it yourself.
Also if you’ve been running it hard with the stock set up you may have blown the plenum cover gasket.
