Most people don't have that much trouble with the high end. What size tb are you running now?

As for the project, it seems that it would be just as easy to design and fab your own intake manifold. You could have dual quads, three duces, eight singles, etc..

I asked you what you were running for a throttle body. I see that you have headers, but I see no indication that you have done anything to make it breath. Have you done anything with your air intake?
