Laying Down New Paint

A few pics of the new paint, hopefully wet sand and buff this week and to the exhaust shop and then the new start up on da motor!

Yes sit Taz, and yes sir topless.
Your paint is going to peel, you didn't remove the flares.
Looks good otherwise.
What motor is going in?
Paint wont peel, any hoo, its a built 5.9 with all the goodies!
Tell me how that paint is doing in a year or so.
What goodies are going in the 5.9, you can't keep us waiting!

I painted my old 89 honda crx with the door handles in... but then again I taped em off and it was only trim black paint and I didn't GAF. It was my 50 mpg getter and at 270k miles on all stock original motor I was averaging 47 combined.

Paint never peeled on that area. Idk about the flares. Looks good. Hope it lasts longer than the factory coats. Did you keep it the original color, flame red?
