my interior lights are turning on and then fading off (usual operation).. but I can't figure out why they're turning on and off. The truck isn't unlocking so I don't think it's receiving some errant signal from my remote. I'm not hearing the locks switch or anything else happen. But about every 30 seconds the interior lights turn on and then fade out. thoughts?

possibly related issues - I believe I blew a fuse controlling the 12v power below the stereo/ac. And awhile ago my door locks would unlock randomly (while driving or sitting) and I think it may have started doing it again.

well the easiest way to test is to take your door panels off and go to both latch assemblies on the insides of the doors. Disconnect the wiring harness plugs from the latches. The harnesses will have 4 wires (2 if you dont have power locks) and will have a square-like connector. If you have both of those unplugged and the lights keep turning on and off on their own then it is a problem with the ctm. Now if it stops doing that, then plug one back in and see if it starts doing it again. If not plug the other one in. It should start doing it again and that is most likely your bad latch. BUT you should still unplug the one that you think is the good one to make sure it still turns on and off on its own because of the bad one.

Hello, I would like to share my little humble experience. I used to use The Chemical Guys SPI220 as a car interior trim product, but a friend advised me to try reading an article about interior protection products Best car interior dressing | Interior dressing for auto detailing and I decided to try the Fortador LeatherVinylTrim and I liked it better for cleaning and protecting the surface, and especially as a leather conditioner that looks amazing after using it.
