I'd like to have numbers on the voltmeter, oil pressure and temperature in the instrument panel of my Dak. rather than change out the entire instrument panel. Per the manual it looks like the panel can be taken apart and simply apply the faceplate with the gauge numbers instead of reference marks showing "normal" operation?
I have seen some Durango instrument panels which have numbers instead of normal operation indications. So the other faceplates do exist. So if I can find a Durango gauge set and use the faceplate I should be able to convert it over to numbers instead of reference marks. But I wonder of some security device is in the gauge panel to keep anyone from modifying it?
