Idea for custom 2006 Dakota bumper

Since no custom bumpers exist for 05+ Dakotas, I have been doing crude paint drawings of something to modify my bumper. I plan on buying an ebay grille that has no bars and is all mesh. I am going to paint the shell silver to match my truck and leave the mesh black. On my bumper, I want to cut an open section like what is in the drawing and I will reinforce it with braces and mesh inserts. What do you guys think? Any other ideas?
