I have a 93 Dakota that will not crank
Just put a new front pump seal in and reinstalled everything. All connections are good. Will not crank. Tried to jump the starter at the fuse box but nothing happens. Can jump it at the starter. Not the "wire splice issue". How can I jump the neutral safety switch to eliminate that.
