Only needed an a/c compressor, and new tires (got tires for free, only 200 miles on em)

Thread is also for Gen I Daks. I bought my Gen I, 1988, in 2002 with 66K on it for $1,200. Beat the ever living shit outta of it until I crashed it in 2008 with around 135K. Boy do I miss that thing.

$300 in 2011 with 70k for my 88' but it was from my grandfather (spent 12 years in a storage unit)

I paid 2,000 for mine and it had a 360 magnum auto with od and 8 1/4 rear. Since I have put a 727,8.8 rearend, rodlight wheels and paint.

How does that thing do on hard corners at high speeds with those front wheels? I was thinking about doing mine up like that but I drive on curvy New England roads.

I have already got some skinny tires on 14" rims, the trucks begins to jump and hop when I take a sharp turn going 50+ hahaha I will stay away from this setup

idk what mine was when it was new in '93
but my '92 was $475 in 2010, and my '94 was $600 in 2011

Thought it was 1986 to 1990, ya learn something new everyday.
Whoever set up the website does not know what they are doing, the only reason they split it up is because they changed the grille, bumper, hood and engines half way through the first generation.
