I have a 01 dodge dakota 4.
7 v8 and am trying to hook a tachometer up but I'm so lost. Where do I hook the green wire to get my rpms??

Don't you have a tach in the instrument cluster already?

But the only place you can is the PCM side of one of the coils.

I've attached the proper page from the 2001 Factory Service Manual so you can see what color wires and where they attach.
