Heat only blows on high! Help!

So a few months ago, my heat started only blowing on high. I did my research and replaced the blower motor resistor. It fixed the problem, about two months later, it happened again, and I replaced it again. After about a week it’s now gone out again? What else could it be besides the resistor?

REPLACE THE PIGTAIL AS WELL, THOSE WIRES AND PLUG HAVE BEEN OVERHEATED FOR SO LONG THAT THEIR RESISTANCE IS LOW ALLOWING STILL HIGH CURRENTS.
THE PIGTAIL IS AVAILABLE FROM AMAZON FOR A FEW BUCKS. JUST MAKE SURE THE CONNECTORS ARE THE BEST POSSIBLE!!!! LOSE CONNECTIONS CREATE HIGH HEAT.
I HAD THE SAME ISSUES X 3 TILL I REPLACED THE PIGTAIL. STILL NO MORE PROBLEMS 4 YEARS LATER.
