For a long time now, the right rear turn signal blinks fast. It works no bulbs out. It's got 270k miles on it. The other evening I turned on the headlights and both blinkers shown dimly. I tried the turn signals and they wouldn't work. When I turned the headlights off. They started blinking again. Anyone have an idea what's going on and where to start looking?

Unsure of what is going on here. I have a friend that experienced the same issue with a Dodge Intreped.... Must be an engineering issue, that is my best guess.

I found what it was caused by. Dead Battery. 200$ later all is working now. Thanks for the input.
