no need to hide it, just do what i do when justifying parts to others.. you say it either broke, someone else damaged it and got this instead of stock, or you came across a deal and basically got it for little to no money.. at no point do you say you admit how much you pay or that you bought it just because lol..
and its always easier when the other party doesnt know much about cars haha

Well I have a understanding wife. I talked the guy from 150 to 50 bucks. So I got not to bad of deal. It's black so I'm thinking of repainting it the same color. It mounts in four places.
