I am installing a white face gauges but i can't figure out how to remove the needles? Any advice would be great.

If you take a SMALL flat head screw driver and slowly pry up on them they should come right off. BUT, BEFORE you do, let the truck idle for 10min or so then record all the positions of the needles. When re-installing, start the truck up and replace them at the correct positions.

I'm surprised your guages didn't come with a removal tool.

Also you can use two tea spoons on on each side of the needle and use the round partof the spoon as a makeshift fulcrum. Works very well

HMMMM fork would have never crossed my mind. I found the spoon trick out because the first set of guages I ever did was on my old sebring and I did it in the kitchen :jester:
