Flowmaster difference in muffler & the whole kit? TB Spacer?

I see it comes with a outlet pipe?

or you can just the muffler for a little over 150 bucks. whats the extra couple hundred dollars for?

also Helix throttle body spacers? TB spacer a good upgrade? what exactly does it do?

all i'm going to do i get the muffler for now for a 110 bucks put on. and thinking about getting headers and a y-pipe later if the make one for the 4.7 rangos.
